  3. Where does permit data come from?

    1. CRMLS permit data is sourced directly from local building departments and county records. This information is regularly updated to ensure accuracy and includes details about building permits, modifications, and property improvements.

  4. How far back does CRMLS property data go?

    1. CRMLS property data includes historical records going back approximately 20 years for most properties. This includes past sales history, price changes, and listing details. However, the availability and completeness of historical data may vary by property, region, and what information is provided to us from the MLS database.

    1. New listings can be added through proplist. Please reach out to the CRMLS team for more information.

  2. Can I track my clients' activity?

    1. Monitor which properties your clients are viewing and their favorited listings through our intuitive dashboard. This helps you better understand their preferences and provide more targeted recommendations.

  3. Can clients see Closed or Off-Market listings in their Client Portals?

    1. Yes, clients can view Sold/Rented properties. At this time, they're unable to set specific timeframes to view this data.

    1. Generate comprehensive market analysis reports with just a few clicks. Our platform automatically compiles relevant data, recent sales, and market trends into professional, branded reports perfect for client presentations.

  1. Where can I find comparative market analysis (CMA) tools?

    1. Access our CMA tools through the Analysis tab. Compare properties, analyze price trends, and create detailed property valuations using our extensive database of market data.

  2. How do I reset my password?

    1. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. You'll receive an email with instructions to securely reset your password.

  3. Is Perchwell compatible with iPads or tablets?

    1. No, Perchwell does not have a iPad designated app. We recommend accessing the platforming using the Chrome browser on these devices.

  4. Is the CRMLS disclaimer required on all communications?

    1. Yes, the CRMLS disclaimer must be included on all emails, reports, and exported materials containing CRMLS data. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure compliance with CRMLS data usage policies.
