Access third-party tools connected to your MLS directly from Perchwell. Available integrations can be launched from the Dashboard or from relevant listing pages.
Access Integrations from the Dashboard
The Integrations panel is available on the Dashboard.
Steps
Click Dashboard in the top navigation bar.
Hover over the right side of the screen to reveal the Integrations panel.
Select an integration to open it in a new browser tab.

Available Integrations
The following integrations may be available based on active subscriptions:
Realist
Provides access to public records, tax data, and property history. You may be redirected through your MLS portal to access Realist.
ShowingTime
Used to schedule, manage, and track property showings. For active listings, ShowingTime may also be accessible directly from the listing detail page.
SentriLock
Provides access to lockbox and access management tools.
RPR
Access Realtor Property Resource for property data, reports, and market information.
Down Payment Resource
Provides information about down payment assistance programs available for eligible properties.
Cloud CMA
Launch Cloud CMA to create comparative market analyses and listing presentations.
Tips
Available integrations depend on your MLS and user permissions.
Some tools may require a separate login.
Integrations open in a new browser tab.
Access to certain tools may be managed through your MLS portal.
