Navigating the Listing Detail Page

The Listing Detail Page gives you the most important property information at a glance. Every section is organized for clarity, helping you locate details quickly and work more efficiently.

Listing Header

Located at the top of the page, the listing header provides essential property information at a quick glance, including:

  • Full Listing Address

  • Bedrooms

  • Bathrooms

  • Square Footage & Price per Sq. Ft.

  • Acreage


Listing Summary

The Listing Summary appears on the right-hand side of the page. Use this section to navigate quickly between key property details and tools.


Action Panel

Hover over the Action Panel on the right side to access additional actions and integrations designed to streamline your workflow.

Listing Tools

  • Contact Agent

    Instantly connect with the listing agent.

  • Share

    • Start Message Thread – Share a property directly with clients. It will appear in their Messages tab once they’ve been invited or have Perchwell access.

    • Share Listing / Copy Link – Send listings via email or copy the link to share externally (e.g., text).

    • Share via Facebook or Twitter – Post listings directly to your social media pages.

  • Add Tag

    Tag a listing to receive alerts for price or status changes. Learn more about Tags here.

  • Print

    Print the full listing page in its current format.

  • One Pager

    Add listings to a one-page report for quick sharing.

  • Add to Report

    Start creating a report directly from the listing page. You can add more listings using tags.

  • Report Listing

    If you notice anything inaccurate or suspicious, report it to our team for review.

  • Add to Listing Presentation

    Add this property to a new or existing Listing Presentation.

  • Auto CMA

    Instantly generate a CMA report using this property as the subject.

  • Edit Listing

    If you’re the listing agent, open the listing form directly to make edits or updates.

Listing Information

Property details are displayed in collapsible tiles, allowing you to expand, hide, or print sections as needed for clients or personal reference.

Listing Details (Agent Only)

Available exclusively to registered agents within CRMLS. This section includes:

  • Private remarks

  • Listing price and dates

  • Concessions (if available)

  • Showing details

  • Listing agent contact info, and more

Interior Section

Find all interior features, including levels, living area details, room breakdowns, and appliance information.

Exterior Section

View exterior and architectural details, such as structure type, pool features, fencing, parking, and style.

Land & Lot

Review land and lot information, including MLS area, county, tax ID, year built, lot features, zoning, and more.


Location Section

Explore the property’s surroundings with interactive map views and street imagery.

  • Map Layers – Switch between default, satellite, or terrain views.

  • Street View – View real-time images of the property from street level.

  • Directions – Get directions instantly via Google Maps.


History Section

Track every change made to a listing during its time on the market. The History Section includes two parts:

Listing History Details

Displays all major status and price changes.Key prices and statuses may differ slightly from the change log details.

Change Log Details

Shows additional changes that occurred while the listing was active.

Each entry includes:

  1. Date – When the change took effect

  2. Type – The nature of the update (e.g., status change)

  3. Price – Listing price at that time

  4. DOMDays on Market when the change was made

  5. Changed By – The user who applied the change


Mortgage & Taxes

Estimate affordability with built-in Monthly and Lifetime payment calculators. These tools help you set clear financial expectations with your clients and ensure every property aligns with their goals and budget.
