Share Listings
Listings can be shared from Search, a listing details page, or Tags.
Option 1: Sharing Multiple Listings from Search (Bulk Sharing)
Use the multi-select tool to share one or multiple listings at once.
On the Search page, check the selection boxes on the listings you want to share
A footer menu will appear at the bottom
Click Share
The Share modal will open and default to Email.
Email Sharing
Select the client you want to email
Choose a template from the dropdown
You can choose from three templates, each with a different preset subject line and all templates can be edited before sending.
Update the subject or message if needed
Click Email
Public Link + Social Sharing
At the top of the Share modal, click Public Link
Choose to post to Facebook or Twitter
Select Copy Public Link to share the URL anywhere
Click Close to exit the modal
Option 2: Sharing While Viewing a Single Listing
You can share a listing directly while viewing its details.
Locate the listing using Universal Search or by clicking it from your Search results
View the listing
Open the actions panel on the right (hover to reveal or click the three-dot menu at the top right)
Click Share listing
Choose how you want to share:
Send in Messages
Send via Email
Share as social media post to Facebook or Twitter
Copy public link
Option 3: Share from a Tag Folder
You can share a curated group of listings directly from a tag folder through Perchwell Messaging. Invited clients can reply inside Messages, while uninvited clients receive the listings by email.
Go to the Tags page
Click the bar that says “Click to view and filter tags”
Open the tag containing the listings you want to share
Click Share in the footer
Select the contact you want to send the listings to and click Share
Enter your message
Click Send
You’ll be redirected to your Messages tab after sending.
💡 When sharing from a tag folder, all listings in that tag are included by default. You can use the selection boxes to choose specific listings before sending.
Share via Messaging (Bulk Action from Search)
Use the multi-select tool in Search to send listings directly through Perchwell Messaging.
On the Search page, check the selection boxes on the listings you want to share
A footer menu will appear at the bottom
Click Share via Messaging
Select the contact you want to send the listings to and click Share
Enter your message
Click Send
