How Do I Change my Profile Picture in Perchwell?
Go to your Settings by hovering over your profile picture on the top right corner:
Click on Settings:
Click your image on the top left corner:
A pop-up will appear to select a new image for your profile. Upload the image from your computer to add it to your profile.
Why Do I Only See the Dashboard When I Log into Perchwell?
As a Personal Assistant or Office Assistant (PA/OA), your broker or agent must grant you permission to log in as them before you can assume their identity. Until this access is granted, your platform access will be limited.
