Use this article, as a Baldwin Realtors member, to download the Perchwell mobile app, log in with your Baldwin portal account, and change your login email address.

Download the Perchwell mobile app from the App Store on an iPhone or from Google Play on an Android phone. Search for Perchwell in either store.

Log in to the Perchwell mobile app with your Baldwin portal account

Log in to the Perchwell mobile app with your Baldwin portal account, Relevate. Perchwell logs you in with single sign-on (SSO), which means your Baldwin portal username and password are your Perchwell login. There is no separate Perchwell password.

2. Enter the email address from your Baldwin portal in the Email field
3. Tap Continue

The Perchwell mobile app opens to the Search page.

Change your Perchwell login email address

Change your Perchwell login email address in your Baldwin portal, Relevate, before you log in to the mobile app. Your Perchwell account is tied to that email address. If you have trouble updating it, contact Baldwin MLS staff.
