How to use your Perchwell client account
Perchwell is the platform your agent uses to share listings and keep your home search organized. You can:
Collaborate and view listings your agent shares with you via Messages
Save and organize listings you like
Track listing updates with shared or personally created saved searches
Before you get started in Perchwell, you need to accept your agent’s invitation.
Preparation
Make sure you have:
Log into the account where your agent sent your Perchwell invitation
A desktop or mobile web browser to create your password
💡If you do not see the invitation email, check your Promotions, Spam, or Junk folders
Invitation acceptance
Invitation email access
Look for an email from Perchwell with the subject line You’ve been invited to join Perchwell.
Accept Invitation
In the email, click Accept Invitation.
⚠️ Complete this step in a web browser.
Password creation
A new webpage will open where you can create your password to activate your account.
Getting started
After you activate your account:
Log in on your desktop browser
Download and log in to the Perchwell mobile app available on iOS and Andriod
iOS: Download Perchwell in the App Store
Andriod: Download Perchwell in Google Play

If you still cannot find the invitation email, ask your agent to resend it.
If you already activated your account, click Forgot Password on the login page.
