Searchwell is our AI search that allows you to kick off your search by entering you or your clients criteria with human language.
Enter a quick search like, ‘ 2+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, Residential homes in Beverly Hills’ and watch the filters apply in real-time. You can then add additional filters to narrow your search further.

💡 Pro Tip: Looking for properties that recently came back on the market? Set Current Status to 'Active' and Listing Activity to 'Went into contract' in the last 90 days.
