Managing your Tag Alerts and Sharing Tags.

Tag alerts keep you updated on changes to listings you have grouped into a tag. If you have used caravan alerts or folder alerts in other platforms, this workflow will feel familiar in Perchwell.

Setting Up and Manage Tag Alerts

1. Open the Tags Page

  • From anywhere in Perchwell, click the Tags tab in the navigation bar.

2. Find the Tag You Want to Manage

  • Use the search bar to locate a tag quickly.

3. Manage Alert Settings

  • Click the pencil icon next to the tag.

  • Choose the updates you want to receive, such as new listings, price changes, or status changes.

  • You can also turn alerts off completely.

4. Save Your Preferences

  • Click Save to confirm your updates.

5. Quickly Toggle Alerts

  • Click the bell icon next to a tag to turn alerts on or off without opening the full settings.

6. Share Tags with Clients

  • Select the shared tag icon to generate a link.

  • Copy the link to send via text or email.

7. What Clients Will See

  • Clients who open your shared link will see a custom site with your brokerage branding and contact information.

  • They can click any listing tile to view full property details in the client portal.


Tips and Best Practices

  • Review your tag alerts regularly to stay focused on your current clients and priorities.

  • Use quick toggle to manage notifications without leaving the Tags page.

  • Create tags that align with client needs, geographic areas, or price ranges to streamline updates.
