What the ListTrac integration does
ListTrac is an online activity reporting service for real estate listings. It tracks engagement across participating MLS systems, broker sites, and consumer portals, and reports it as metrics like views, leads, shares, and favorites.
The Perchwell integration adds Baldwin's Perchwell activity to that picture. When an agent views, shares, or inquires about a listing in Perchwell, Perchwell sends that event to ListTrac automatically, which means your listing's ListTrac reporting now includes Perchwell activity alongside the other sites in the network.
The integration runs in the background:
Nothing new appears inside Perchwell. There is no ListTrac button, tab, or report in this release.
No setup is needed on your listings. Events are sent for every Baldwin listing.
Your day-to-day workflow does not change. Add, edit, share, and manage listings exactly as you do today.
What Perchwell sends to ListTrac
Perchwell reports these events from a listing's Listing Detail page:
View: an agent opens the listing's Listing Detail page. Moving to another listing with the previous and next arrows counts as a view of that listing.
Share: an agent completes a share from the listing, such as sending it by Email or Text. Share Multiple Listings in Perchwell covers the share options in detail.
Inquiry: an agent reaches out to the listing agent with Contact Agent. This event includes the listing agent's ID, which means ListTrac can credit the inquiry to the right agent.
Each event carries the listing's MLS number and ZIP code so ListTrac can match it to the listing.
