Use this article to export your contacts from the Contacts page to a CSV (comma-separated values) file and see which contacts and fields the file includes.
When to export contacts to a CSV file
Export contacts to a CSV file when you need a copy of them, such as to:
Share your contact list outside Perchwell
Import your contacts into another platform, such as your CRM (customer relationship management system)
Export contacts from the Contacts page
Export contacts to a CSV file from Export on the Contacts page. Contact export works in a web browser, not in the Perchwell mobile app.
Steps:
Click Contacts in the top navigation
Click Export in the upper right of the Contacts page
The CSV file downloads to your browser's default download location, such as your Downloads folder or desktop.
What the contacts CSV file includes
The contacts CSV file includes every contact on the My Contacts tab. Members of your MLS on the MLS tab are not included.
Each contact in the CSV file has these fields:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Cell phone
Group
Status
