How to Use It:
đ Searching multiple areas at the same level (broader results)
When you select more than one County, City, or MLS Area, Perchwell shows listings in any of the selected locations.
Example:
Searching for Los Angeles and San Diego will return listings in Los Angeles and San Diego.
đ Combining broader and more specific areas (narrower results)
If you choose a larger area (like a County) and add multiple smaller area within it (like Cities or MLS Areas), Perchwell will only show listings that match both cities selected.
Example:
Searching for the County Los Angeles and cities like Pasadena and Glendale, Perchwell will show you listings in Pasadena or Glendale.
Things to Know
You can search by County, City, or MLS Area. Choose what makes sense for how your client is searching.
Choosing multiple Cities will expand your results.
If youâve created a template search with a specific County selection, no need to remove the County to narrow your selections.
