Baldwin REALTORS® requires all members to complete mandatory training before accessing Perchwell. If you see a message asking you to complete training when you try to log in, your training has not yet been recorded as complete.

Complete the Prerecorded Training
Watch the short training videos and complete the quiz through the Perchwell MLS Training course.
Register for a Training Session
Register for an upcoming training session through the Baldwin REALTORS® course registration page.
After completing the required training, your access will be updated. If you have already completed training and still cannot log in, contact Perchwell Support for assistance.
